Still alive

Kind of feeling still alive, yes, still. Week 12 is usually the time when assignments are due, tests and exam coming. Eamon has a bit temperature, and he claimed that I gave him those fever. Lucky enough it is not during exam or holiday.

Basically we stayed home today to regain energy from busy school life, and to prepare the coming tests as well. But I didn't have much progress other than finishing my accounting tutorial work. That was short. Then I went online reading RSS. Found a flicker album with someone's home interior design. OMG, I just love almost all the arrangements he made. It was in 70-80's style, with self-made furniture, my favorite was a curved shelf on wall. Decoration mainly are plastic goods and colourful old items. The imported wallpaper was awesome as well... It will be one of my inspiration of my future home! <3

House mates

I am not against the idea of sharing house, just that I find it a very special experience that I should record it. In Australia, overseas students either lives alone, in home stay, in dormitory or cheap cheap share houses. I'm currently living in one shared house with people I didn't know before moving in.
I was lucky, because it was a nice house. A 19 year-old girl rented the house to collect rents by offering other rooms. We were the first residents in the house so everything was brand new... Except furniture because they were bought through uni market place. The first week was a disaster, we had no fridge, no study desk... but school had started. I finally realized how important refrigerators are. At last, they bought a fridge and it delivered to us on a hailing day. Consequently, a electrical part melted because we turned on the fridge while the part was wet, shortage occurred than we waited for another week for maintainer to come. Some people might still remember how I raged about the fridges on fb, lol. I started to get knowing my house mates since then.
During these months, some moved out and in. Although we are all Chinese, we are all so different.
